I have chosen to review the compensation and benefit plan of UCLA.  I had a hard time finding compensation and benefit plans readily available on the internet.  Even the ones that we have at the company I work for is only available on our intranet.  I used to work at UCLA and it was available for public viewing.  UCLA being such a large institution, it will give me more options as to which job classification I can specifically look at.
