Review the case entitled “HR in Small Business” at the end of Chapter 1 in your textbook. Brian Miller is taking over the top HR job at a company that has been moving fast without a strategic HR vision. In an initial post of at least 350 words and citing at least two required resources, develop and justify a plan that Brian could use to determine the strategic HR vision. In your plan, address the priorities Brian should establish in determining the direction of the HR department. Ensure that your plan includes each function of HR.
